1. Shipping Destinations We ship to various countries worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to certain PO Box locations to ensure the security of your package.
2. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or national holidays. If an order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country. We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, and Pos Indonesia.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees – Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and taxes applicable to their orders. 6. Shipping Issues (Missing or Damaged Packages): If your package is damaged during transit, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items, then file a claim with the relevant courier. We are not liable for products lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
